• Payment Terms: Payments are processed via third-party services such as Stripe. Clients are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Light and Magic Photography LLPLLP and may not be used without permission.

• Clients will receive usage rights to photos in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Unauthorized use of images is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

We will make every effort to provide high-quality services, but we are not liable for:

• Any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Delays or failures in delivering services due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring the timely availability of subjects and locations for photoshoots.

• Following any guidelines provided by our team during the photoshoot.
